Here’s the weekly roundup of state college men’s and women’s lacrosse games.

Division I men

No. 12 Army 13, Navy 8: Max Hewitt tied the game at 7 for the visiting Mids (7-5, 4-2 Patriot League) before the Black Knights (9-2, 4-2) answered with a 5-0 run Saturday. Navy trailed 7-2 before going on a 5-0 run that spanned both halves. Jon Jarosz (Severn) had a game-high four goals for the Mids.

No. 18 Towson 25, Hampton 2: The visiting Tigers (9-3, 5-0 Colonial Athletic Association) trailed 1-0 and answered with a 21-goal run over four quarters and routed the Pirates (0-11, 0-5) on Saturday. Towson was led by Maryland transfer Nick DeMaio and Matt Burnam (Loyola Blakefield) with five goals each, and Joaquin Villagomez (Severna Park) had a hat trick. The victory was the fifth straight.

Loyola Maryland 15, Holy Cross 6: The visiting Greyhounds (6-6, 4-2 Patriot) extended their one-goal lead with a 9-0 run that spanned both halves and routed the Crusaders (2-9, 0-7) on Saturday. Loyola was led by Adam Poitras (4 goals, 4 assists), Matthew Minicus (3 goals, 4 assists) and Evan James (3 goals, 1 assist). Max Watkinson (St. Paul’s) made 11 saves for the Greyhounds.

Sacred Heart 16, Mount St. Mary’s 5: The host Mountaineers (1-13, 1-7 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) had a two-goal lead before the Pioneers (10-4, 8-0) went on a 7-0 run in the first half to pull ahead Saturday. Bennett Wright (Loyola Blakefield) made seven saves for Mount St. Mary’s. Connor Barrett and Brody Atkinson (St. Paul’s) each scored twice for the Mount.

Binghamton 21, UMBC 10: The host Bearcats (6-5, 4-1 America East) extended a one-goal lead with a 5-0 run that spanned both halves and beat the Retrievers (4-5, 3-2) on Saturday. Jayson Tingue made 11 saves for UMBC. Jordan Calloway had three goals for the Retrievers.

Canisius 11, Mount St. Mary’s 10: The visiting Mount scored twice with less than four minutes to play, but the rally came up short Wednesday. The Golden Griffins (4-9, 2-5 MAAC) went on a 5-0 run in the second quarter to take the lead for good. Cormac Giblin finished with a game-high four goals for Mount St. Mary’s.

Division II men

Mercy 16, Frostburg State 12: The host Bobcats (9-3, 3-1 East Coast Conference) trailed by seven goals and put together a second-half rally that came up short against the Mavericks (10-1, 5-0) on Saturday. Bubba Love (Westminster) scored a game-high six goals and Owen McCallum (Manchester Valley) had a hat trick. The loss halted a six-game winning streak.

Division III men

Salisbury 12, Washington College 7: The host Sea Gulls (14-0) opened with a 4-0 run and never trailed the Shoremen (3-10) in the 56th annual War on the Shore/Lax for ALS Saturday. Salisbury was led by Jack Dowd with four goals and Riley Strub with three. Washington College got three goals from Cory Morgan and two goals from Luke Brennan. Nicholas Ransom had nine saves for Sea Gulls and Will Charvala made 16 saves for the Shoremen.

St. Mary’s 18, Penn College 3: The visiting Seahawks (10-3, 4-0 United East) broke a 1-1 tie with a 14-0 run over three quarters and routed the Wildcats (7-8, 2-1) on Saturday. Joshua Martel (North County) had a hat trick for St. Mary’s. Tyler Grove made seven saves for the Seahawks.

Stevenson 21, Alvernia 3: The host Mustangs (8-5, 3-0 Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth) opened with a 10-0 run and routed the Golden Wolves (4-8, 0-3) on Saturday. Stevenson was led by Gavin Gossen and Max Racich with four goals each. The victory was the fifth straight.

Goucher 17, Juniata 2: The host Gophers (8-6, 2-4 Landmark Conference) led with a 4-0 run and routed the Eagles (2-11, 0-5) on Saturday. Tyler May (Oakland Mills) scored five goals and Jacob Morgan had four goals and three assists, including his 100th career point, for Goucher. Jack Smith made six saves for the Gophers.

Haverford 12, McDaniel 11: Nick Wingo (Westminster) scored three goals during a 5-0 run by the host Green Terror (7-7, 0-6 Centennial Conference), but the Fords (7-6, 3-2) scored the last two goals to win. Brighton Lorber (Loyola Blakefield) made 11 saves for McDaniel, which lost its sixth straight.

Widener 13, Hood 9: Rio Muldoon had a hat trick, but the visiting Blazers (6-7, 0-3 MACC) fell to the Pride (4-8, 3-0) on Saturday. Alex Dudziak made 16 saves for Hood.

Stevenson 28, Hood 5: The visiting Mustangs (8-5, 3-0 MACC) took control with a 13-0 run and routed the Blazers on Wednesday. Stevenson was led by Darrell Curtis (5 goals), Max Racich (5 goals) and Grant Zick (4 goals). Calvin Morris made 13 saves for Hood.

Salisbury 18, Mary Washington 6: The host Sea Gulls (13-0, 4-0 CLC) opened with an 8-0 run and beat the Eagles (7-6, 1-2) on Wednesday. Luke Nestor had a hat trick for Salisbury.

Catholic 14, Goucher 9: The visiting Cardinals (7-6, 3-2 Landmark) took a 6-0 lead and never trailed the Gophers on Wednesday. Goucher was led by Jacob Morgan with four goals and an assist and Tyler May (Oakland Mills) with three goals. Jack Smith made 14 saves for the Gophers.

Dickinson 16, McDaniel 5: The host Red Devils (11-1, 4-0 Centennial) led with a 7-0 run and the Green Terror fell on Wednesday. Jason Fritz scored twice for McDaniel.

Swarthmore 18, Washington College 7: The visiting Garnet (10-1, 4-0 Centennial) rode a 7-0 run into the second half and beat the Shoremen on Wednesday. Luke Brennan had two goals for Washington College.

Division I women

No. 7 Loyola Maryland 18, Boston University 7: The host Greyhounds (13-1, 7-0 Patriot) stretched their two-goal lead with a 10-0 run that spanned both halves and routed the Terriers (4-9, 0-6) on Saturday. Loyola was led by Georgia Latch (5 goals), Sydni Black (4 goals) and Chase Boyle (3 goals). Boyle recorded her 200th career draw control.

No. 21 Navy 17, Army West Point 11: The host Mids (11-3, 5-1 Patriot) built an 11-6 lead in the first half and held off the Black Knights (6-7, 4-2) on Saturday. Navy was led by Tori DiCarlo with four goals and an assist, Emily Messinese (Gerstell) with three goals and an assist and Mikayla Williams with three goals. Felicia Giglio made six saves for Navy.

Siena 7, Mount St. Mary’s 6: The visiting Mount (5-9, 3-4 MAAC) went on a 3-0 run in the fourth quarter, but the rally fell short on Saturday. Christina Haspert (Century) scored with eight seconds left to play to bring Mount St. Mary’s to within a goal of the Saints (11-4, 6-1). Ashlyn Watkins (Francis Scott Key) made seven saves for the Mount.

UMBC 11, Vermont 7: Kolby Weedon (Catonsvillle) scored a game-high four goals to lead the visiting Retrievers (9-4, 4-1 America East) over the Catamounts (6-7, 1-4) on Saturday. UMBC used a 5-0 run in the third quarter to pull away. Isabella Fontana made 12 saves for the Retrievers, who won their fourth straight.

Drexel 9, Towson 8, OT: The visiting Dragons (10-3, 5-0 Colonial Athletic Association) scored the last three goals to erase a two-goal lead by the Tigers (6-8, 3-3) on Friday. Towson went on a 5-0 run in the second half for an 8-6 lead with 10:55 left in regulation. Corinne Bednarik scored two of her game-high four goals during the run for Drexel. Towson was led by Milana Zizakovic with three goals and two goals each by Katie Roszko (C. Milton Wright) and Lindsey Marshall (Catonsville).

No. 4 Maryland 13, No. 8 Johns Hopkins 8: The visiting Terps (11-3, 4-1 Big Ten) erased an early lead by the Blue Jays (10-4, 2-2) and took control in the second half Wednesday. Maryland broke a 5-5 tie with a 3-1 run in the third quarter. The Terps got three goals from Lauren LaPointe (Glenelg) and Kori Edmondson (McDonogh). Ava Angello finished with a game-high five goals for Hopkins.

No. 7 Loyola Maryland 21, No. 17 Princeton 11: Chase Boyle scored a game-high eight goals to lead the host Greyhounds over the Tigers (7-4) on Wednesday. Sydni Black and Georgia Latch each had five goals for Loyola. The Greyhounds opened with a 4-0 run and never trailed.

Mount St. Mary’s 15, Rider 6: The visiting Mount went on a 7-0 run in the second quarter to extend their lead over the Broncs (8-6, 2-4 MAAC) on Wednesday. Mount St. Mary’s got three goals from Madison Harmening (Winters Mill), Anna McQuay (Bel Air) and Mackenzi Furlong.

Division II women

Frostburg State 24, Davis & Elkins 5: The host Bobcats (8-5, 4-0 Mountain East Conference) led with an 8-0 run and routed the Senators (10-3, 1-3) on Wednesday. Neila Haney scored a game-high five goals and Savanna Reitz (Anne Arundel CC) had a hat trick for Frostburg State.

Frostburg State 15, Charleston (W. Va.) 4: The visiting Bobcats used an 8-0 run in the second half to pull away from the Golden Eagles (6-6, 2-1 MEC) on Sunday. Camden DeMaio scored a game-high five goals and Lilly Stephens had four for Frostburg State. Nicole Gray made five saves.

Division III women

Salisbury 10, The College of New Jersey 9: Mary Hanzsche scored the go-ahead goal assisted by Leah Vilov with 30 seconds left to play to lift the visiting Sea Gulls (10-3) over the Lions (8-4) on Saturday. Ally Tobler scored the tying goal assisted by Morgan Vaccaro with 1:20 left to play for TCNJ. Miranda Mears had four goals for Salisbury.

Stevenson 22, Alvernia 8: The visiting Mustangs (9-4, 3-0 MACC) took a 9-0 lead and routed the Golden Wolves (4-9, 0-3) on Saturday. Kara Yarusso scored a game-high eight goals, Erin Steinberg (Towson) had four, and Ava Treakle and Sophia Murray each had three each for Stevenson, which won its seventh straight.

Cedar Crest 8, Notre Dame (Maryland) 7: The visiting Gators (2-7, 0-2 United East) led 7-4 before Maddie Graham scored four goals straight to lift the Falcons (6-3, 1-2) over Notre Dame on Saturday. Cailyn Motta (Broadneck) had four goals for the Gators.

Widener 10, Hood 7: The visiting Pride (7-6, 3-0 MACC) took a 5-2 lead in the first half and held off the Blazers (4-9, 0-3) on Saturday. Widener got three goals from Jessica Mantz and Jamie DeHaven. Julia Gregory scored twice for Hood.

Swarthmore 18, McDaniel 7: The visiting Garnet (8-4, 2-4 Centennial) used an 11-0 run in the second half to pull away from the Green Terror (6-7, 1-4) on Saturday. Abigail Love scored four goals for Swarthmore. Emma Legacy (St. Mary’s) had three goals for McDaniel. Caleigh Kohr (C. Milton Wright) made six saves for the Green Terror.

Juniata 17, Goucher 2: Grace Gibbs (Broadneck) had a hat trick in the first quarter and finished with a game-high nine goals to lead the host Eagles (11-2, 4-1 Landmark) over the Gophers (3-10, 1-1) on Saturday. Sydney Lewis (Carver A&T) made 13 saves for Goucher. Katherine Luetgens and Bailey Schneeman (Westminster) each scored for the Gophers.

Franklin & Marshall 20, Washington College 5: The host Diplomats (12-2, 6-0 Centennial) went on a 9-0 run in the first half and routed the Shorewomen (7-6, 2-4) on Saturday. Lydia Cassilly (C. Milton Wright) scored a game-high five goals for Franklin & Marshall. McKenna Seashole made 10 saves for Washington College. Mia Salvatierra (Fallston) scored twice for the Shorewomen.

Stevenson 18, Hood 8: The host Mustangs took a 4-0 lead and beat the Blazers on Wednesday. Stevenson was led by Kara Yarusso with a game-high six goals and Ava Treakle with four. Mackenzie Demaio had three goals for Hood.

Catholic 23, Goucher 2: The host Cardinals broke an early 1-1 tie and scored 22 straight goals Wednesday. Katherine Luetgens and Tatiana Emeruwa (Chesapeake) each had a goal for Goucher. Sydney Lewis (Carver A&T) made eight saves for the Gophers.

St. Mary’s 26, Notre Dame (Md.) 1: The host Seahawks (8-5, 4-0 United East) opened with a 12-0 run and routed the Gators on Tuesday. Hailey Betch (Severna Park) scored a game-high nine goals. St. Mary’s got three goals each from MC Mortimer (Friends) and Sanne Elling. Jade Stewart had the lone goal and Leah Hasberry made 11 saves for Notre Dame.

Franklin & Marshall 16, Salisbury 15, OT: Gillian Brennan scored the final three goals to lift the visiting Diplomats over the Sea Gulls on Sunday. Franklin & Marshall trailed 15-8 before going on an 8-0 run to win. Brennan finished with four goals. Camryn Pepper had a hat trick for Salisbury.
