If living in a real life Disney film is your idea of heaven, then this job could be for you.

Ok, it's not exactly like being a Disney Prince or Princess - but working on the Disney Cruise Line is about as close as you can get.

Voted the best cruise line for families by Travel and Leisure, and reader's choice for cruises by Conde Nast, the stunning vessels - packed with pools, water slides, and plenty of Disney whimsy - are currently recruiting waiting staff to work on their cruise lines to the Bahamas, Caribbean, Alaska, and Europe.

The Disney Magic - one of the company's biggest ships - even features an enchanted beauty salon giving head-to-toe pirate and princess makeovers, and a luxury adult-only spa.

Now they're looking for waiters and waitresses who want to travel the ocean waves surrounded by enormous versions of Mickey Mouse and friends.

Posting on Manchester Gumtree the recruiters wrote: "At Disney Cruise Line, you can set sail on the job opportunity of a lifetime aboard our extraordinary ships! You can create an unforgettable voyage for families by delivering exceptional guest service, while also charting the course for an incredible career journey of your own."

The successful applicants will be payed between £1,500 and £2,500 pcm, according to the job advert.

Prospective Disney team members simply need to be over 21, have one or two years of recent or ongoing experience as a waiter or waitress, and should be comfortable having a basic conversation in English.
